Saturday Farmers’ Markets
No storefront, only markets. We’re proud to be a farmers market bakery, and absolutely love getting out into the community on Saturday mornings to share our passion. We’re also a family owned and operated bakery- you will find an owner, baker or family member greeting you at each of our farmers markets. All of our Buns, Croissants & Pastries are scratch-made with real ingredients, and always baked the morning of markets. We look forward to seeing you Saturday morning at the following farmers markets (sorry, no pre-orders). Matthews Community Farmers Market (8a-noon), Uptown Farmers Market (8a-12:30p) and Davidson Farmers Market (9a-noon). All of our buns and pastries are made from scratch - (We use a classic 3-day process for laminated croissant dough). Everything is rolled, laminated, shaped, proofed and baked the morning of markets.
